We can offer up to 70% on properties
which are registered and legal in Spain. Our rates
start from Euribor + 0,65% and a term of 40 years is possible.
RELEASE OF EQUITY AND RE-MORTGAGE
We can arrange up to 60% of the value
of the property. This applies to urban properties. If it is registered on"rustica" land we can advance 50%. Rates start
from Euribor + 0,65%.
CONSTRUCTION MORTGAGE
As a norm you need to own the land outright before
we can arrange finance for the construction. We
can then arrange 70% of the end value of the property
paid in stages.
BRIDGING
Bridging is short term finance and be arranged on
all kinds of properties. We may be able to arrange
the finance as a second charge for a short while. |
